Quietly after more than a decade of acquiring shares I have, over the past year, reluctantly and gradually reduced the number of shares I own to about half. I am keeping my remaining shares but intend to vote against the entire board. The potential of the company remains, but something needs to change.
I think Steven's talents are valuable but he has made too many bad business decisions to remain in his current role. Management should be rewarded for actual results not for potential results.
The interests of loyal shareholders should be represented by the board. The board ought to have a significant vested interest in the value of the stock in order to properly represent the shareholders. They don't.
So that is where I'm at. I don't really expect my views to matter a bunch but I guess I feel a little better..
