No CF, for several years I stated that SKS needed to be replaced because he is not an effective CEO. I got no support, posters really disliked my view. Then I changed advocating for a COO. Although I agree that changes to the BoD are insufficient, that must come first. SKS will dilute shareholders to nearly nil as he pursues his dream, nothing is more important to him.

Hi tkc,

I think I have gone past you, unless you think SS should step aside. I don't think changes to the BoD are sufficient at this point.

The failure is in the forecasting and excessive confidence and insufficient caution of the CEO. I no longer think he has the ability to execute sensible operating decisions. Nor can I trust someone whose communications are so unreliable.

His skills are in his vision rather than in the execution of a financially prudent plan, in my view.
