Could compelling Nok to produce source code at the ITC, be the impetus to settling all outstanding litigation with IDCC? One would think that Microsoft is leaning pretty hard on their old pal Elop to not jeopardize their current smart phone situation. The timing is also right for IDCC to fill the potential gap in revenues that could occur in the first quarter of 2013. This would be a win/win situation for all parties, including the CAFC. This may be wishful thinking on my part, but a settlement sure beats this endless litigation. JMO
