But, if what your saying is the four or so things out there SoSec, MCare, ObamaCare, and Mcaid/welfare are not particularly congruous at this point, you are correct.
MCare dies all on its own as currently structured. It is certainly more efficient than the private sector, but that is not enough to save it. Pay more or expect less is where medicare is at.
