its really not like that. return to 2007 tax structure and 2001 defense spending and its balanced ... and they loved here then so I guess it really wasn't so bad. The notion of capital flight has a basis, but toss in a little reality every once in a while. There is nowhere to hide with lower rates than america, America IS the tax haven.
