On the incentives and ILL, ...yup, they taxed, have money, and competed successfully. The whole teacher thing in WISC apparently was less competitive.

Good grief, man ... what are you smoking? Because of time constraints, there were over 600,000 signatures that they were not able to even look at.

As for businesses, Illinois is having to offer a ton of money it doesn't have to convince existing businesses not to leave the state in droves.
