Also of interest from yesterday was Bill stating that the value of the portfolio was confirmed during the SA process. He said that no proposal for the whole company was made but there were significant indicators of value for portions of the portfolio that Bill said "adds up to a good amount of money."
A "good" amount of money, which Bill felt that by buying, for the first time, 6,828 shares @ $36.52 spending $249,359 was a "good" investment using his own money.
Steven Clontz buys 10,000 shares @ $36.43 spending $364,300 and Janet Point 1,500 @ $36.29 spending $54,435 obviously thought so too.
I am having a hard time understanding why they would buy, knowing what was offered and did so before the next sale of smaller portions of the patent portfolio that are currently enaged in.
I guess the problem with rats, the charts and algo's don't calculate the value. Bill drop the poision with some more "good" sales.
