President Obama gave a speech at SUNY-Albany Nano-Tech Complex about the economy he also urged Congress to take action on his initiatives but interestingly at the end of the speech he launched into his re-election campaign's slogan "Forward". The speech was not an official campaign event so it was funded by tax payers.
