Rep. Wasserman Schultz says she 'earned Cadillac' healthcare coverage
When asked if average Americans should receive the same quality health insurance as that of their elected officials, Florida Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz told a group of South Florida healthcare workers that she “earned” her benefits, implying that her constituents had not.
Wasserman Schultz, 45, who also is Chair of the Democratic National Committee, is a career politician who has never worked a day in her life.
She has become a ubiquitous congressional proponent for ObamaCare, appearing on network television news shows extolling the President’s healthcare plan, in addition to serving as chief cheerleader for Obama’s re-election.
