Hi CF, as previously stated 24601 (JVS) has always been a gentleman w/ me. I'd be supportive. I have some concern that he really hasn't weighed in on the BoD discussion. Anyway you seem to be willing to take the lead on nominating him as an "add on" candidate for next year. I like it. I'm confident you'll keep us informed as you determine what the required steps are. I think the first step is to post to him an inquiry as to his position, then maybe a PM to assess his interest.
I'm delighted that we continue to advocate change. I'll try to be a good Sancho.

This kind of thinking isn't what I'd expect to be snackman's strength.

I think the first thought of 99% of these guys will be to find a techie.

That is the last thing Wave needs more of. The problem is with the brake, not the accelerator.

This is one reason that I have been sceptical of investors picking a shareholder. Of course they'd choose the most popular amongst their number.

It is a fairly unusual optimist who would select a sceptic for a board position. But it is not unheard of.
