Prez Dumbo wants to spend money to power windmills on unicorn farts; meanwhile, you can go out today and buy a Honda for a reasonable price which runs on natural gas (and around here gets you in the HOV lane), only downside being the lack of fueling stations. There's home fueling possibilities but it currently has apparent purity issues. The free market will provide, assuming it is not assassinated in the next four years.
