Ditto, my investment measures my belief. Their's measures their's. I am disinterested in a board that lacks any sort of belief.

It is very clear that Wave's financial condition moves the market a helluva lot more than the threat to a couple of non-investing directors.

Sometimes keeping the board in place is the solution.

Sometimes it's the problem.

Why is it up to investors to promote this company in the marketplace?

While the directors say and do nothing to indicate they believe in it.
