I have a similar scenario Micro, my GTX465 has not been producing like it should. Came home today to find it running, but with really low points for today. I found that I did not have MSI set to load at startup, and the GPU %age was jumping from 10-15% - uugh. Fired up MSI (after adding it to my startup folder, lol), restarted the GPU client, and I am off again.

Frame times were at 2+ hours on the current 7642 w/u, and are now back to about 10 1/2 minutes. My overall production is still down though, and I am not sure if it just these killer w/u's, or something else.....

Don't get d9iscouraged, Micro, we'll get this, it'll likely be something simple, usually is. I assume you've checked your config for the easy stuff like typos in names, passkeys etc? OK, then before doing anything more advanced, let's get a benchmark for what you're currently experiencing from what: what are your ppd for all three cards on two current but differing series, 800x and 8019/20? In ppd on 8019 I nail 16000-17000 on my 465's and 12000-13000 on the 550ti. It's about a grand less on the 800x series.

Use Precision or Afterburner to make the same determinations for %GPU usage. Answer or a clue might be right there. And if you watch Core_15 in Task Manager does it take a percent or two for an instant at least every once in a while?

Try adding the flag -forcegpu nvidia_fermi .
