ArVee

It is currently running a 8006 at 2 minutes and 42 seconds per frame.

I added some flags. -verbosity 9 and -GPU 3

They say that a FERMI card should use that GPU 3 flag so I added it.

It seems to be running much hotter now. I returned the voltage to default and have the shader clock where I have the one at work set at. This fan is running 70% and the temp is 75 degrees.

I can live with that if it doesn't start NANs or EUE's.

I am back to having a little LAG time as well. The cursor on the mouse doesn't respond immediately, slide bars don;t slide when you want them to, etc....

This is strange because my windows XP 32 bit systems do not do this.

This is a windows 7 64 bit system and I am jut shocked.

I am thinking of trying the very newest WHQL driver from nVidia and see if maybe they made an improvement of some kind.

Worth a try??????

Thanks ArVee,

micro...

Edit and Addendum: Forget staring at Task Manager as I just did for 5 minutes, these WU's look for CPU time it seems almost never when you're trying to watch for it. Just make sure nothing looks weird in there, that should be at 0% almost always (that's a recent change btw) and your Core_a3 consumption at about 99, cranking your smp's.

Power Mngmt settings: all to OFF, pls., and no scn svr, your scrn svr is now your finger. Thumbs Up
