every single trade we've seen on patents..from nortel to goog to msft,facebook,etc...compares unfavorably to the current valaution of idc patents ....at a minimum...idc's 10,000 [round number] patents should be worth a minimum of 250k per patent...vs the current 80k per patent [800 myn mkt cap net of cash]
Thanks for the info TC. Not being a wall street guy its good to get your insight into how these types of deals work. The patent sales could be a nice re-evaluator of IDCC if they sell the non-core(3g,LTE) patents for a nice chunk of change. This should hopefully reinforce the valuation of our LTE patetns that Misek talked about.
