The confusion is the problem. The longs remember Jacobs saying the thing he feared most was being bought out before his inventions paid off. IDCC on the other hand had stated that they had a lock on Lte, but in a surprise post Nortel move they put the farm up for sale. Adding further to the confusion, just after the announcement that the sale was off, the COB and CEO made significant inside purchases. Compounding the confusion more, the CEO downplayed the long awaited CAFC decision despite most of us believing that a positive decision is a must for a timely Samsung renewal. The fact that the Street is confused is not a surprise to this 27 year veteran who is also confused. I wake up every day hoping for a miracle. At least I am past the no sleep phase and am surprisingly numb awaiting the next scene in this real life play.
easy does it...volume is slowing a little....margin calls almost done...the patents are not an illusion...everything and everyone is getting shaken up in here...im sure management,chairman,etc feels they are on the hot seat like never before...employees feeling the heat of the delaware cost savings move...it'll pass
