They need to hold onto the dream because they have nothing else. They also have a herd mentality.

To claim there will be a negatively viewed PR based on a BoD change is insane.

Did they not think the flurry of bad news from the 10K and proxy statement was good for the stock? Do they think investors don't look at that?

Investors in the company don't put their money in or take it out based on PRs. Well, except for wavoids and you see what that has gotten them.

It is easy to see why the shorts control the trading of the shares.

Hi dig,

Maybe. The Wave communications paradigm is to make folks think success is imminent. Therefore, rocking the boat is always hazardous.

Last I heard, the timetable was moving along into 2013.

This time, I kinda feel it is time to call the bluff. Why are they fighting so hard to keep these particular directors at the risk of embarrassing the company?

Have to say, the surrender of folks like snackman and wildman was startling.
