The biggest and most important factor lies out of their control in hands of the CAFC. Despite the downplay by WM and shareholders, I would think a positive decision would be greatly appreciated by Samsung since they settled and paid royalties on what till now have been uninfringed patents according to the ITC. I believe it will significantly bolster our chances of a timely renewal and extension of the Samsung license which is at the top of my bucket list. In fact, if I was Mr. Clontz, I would require a daily report from the licensing team about progress with Samsung. I feel it is that critical.
