It works with my Zotac GTX550 Ti and I am sure it works with other brands other than EVGA.
Both products should give you basically the same controls.
Afterburner claims it has voltage controls but I have yet to see it for some reason. Maybe it is just me.
Precision Tune is a nice easy to use video card manager which should allow you to gradually increase your shaders and consequently they will fold faster.
That is how we overclock these video cards.
We move them up using the slider bar (not linked) and the click apply.
Check on your LOG FILE after a while to be sure it is still folding and has not NAN'ed out. If all is good, move it up a little more.
You will also want to see if you can control your fan speed and if so, you will need to increase the fan speed to help keep the GPU from overheating.
The link BAP gave was good. I like version 1.6
I do not like the newer one.
