I got a lot of frustrating can't comments.


my feeling is that it might be quanta, who is the ODM for the kindle fire.

if it is indeed arb over tablets sales, I can't see other tablet manufacturers reaching the kind of volumes to generate 4.7 mil owed to IDCC for the quarter.

unless it is sam or apple for ipad/galaxy tablets (but i don't think so)

regarding the last one, i believe the response was that they didn't expect such an overreaction to earnings, but that was my interpretation.

What was IR's reason for the 2 year wait to get a hearing on the tech solutions or did they only give you a reaction?

Did you get an answer as to whether the arbs on the tablets was with fixed contracts or per-unit?

What was IR's comment or reaction regarding your share repurchase comment?
