I agree the odds DID favor the republicans this time.
That was before the candidates jumped in.
And before their antics in the primary.
And last but not least, before Mittens became their candidate.
Many republicans can't stomach him. Some would rather Obama get another four & then put a candidate of their liking up. They don't like the thought of a 'moderate' in the Oval.

I had no problem calling the 2008 election for the Democrats LONG beforehand. Obviously, since I'm no fan of socialism, my preferences don't control my predictions. Can you say the same?
