Hi D&O,

I have been at 8 for a while. Fortunately, the optimismometer coccoon is quite distinct from the unsafe harbour.

The final number is based on public information and seeks to exclude speculation. It was strongly influenced by various government documents.

But the absence of major orders and the deferral of the DoD timeline (so that now I am uncertain) and the dilution has me thinking of trimming back.

In fact, let me just do that now.

Back to a 7 and leaning towards a 6 without some sign of progress.

Not advice about price which I expect to go back up a bit - just a guess.

That second paragraph mirrors much of my own attitude for the last six years or so. You don't want that.

What is the new reading on your optimism meter? (Assuming it is not oblivious to the ongoing lack of traction and muddling "info" from the corner office.)

I forget, had it reached nine or only eight some months back?

It just never ceases to amaze how THE MAN can continue to muddle and obscure any and all meaningful/helpful info and continue to get away with it. It's supposedly a publicly held company.
