Realist - Everybody in America is soft, and hates conflict. The cure for this, both in politics and social life, is the same -- hardihood. Give them raw truth.

My closest friend out here grew up in Philadelphia. He has told me many stories about how wonderful it was. I stress the word *was*.

From all he has said, I believe Philadelphia is the next Detroit, a major city on the brink of utter collapse. (And Baltimore is 3rd.)

Are there other major cities on the cusp of failure? Unfortunately, yes. How are New Orleans, Buffalo (perma-failure! This city has been on the cusp since at least the 1960s.) and Cleveland doing?
