I believe there was some chatter before by Peter Misek as Facebook being a possibility to acquire IDCC.

If Evercore is doing this right, I think they have set things up just right. Although pools have been identified, they should be creating a market with multiple parties and eventually selling this, ideally, whole. Enough with the computer generated trading stupidity, this is a value play. Sell this thing.
