Im sure they are getting hammered with calls. No doubt this is a tough ride we have had. I did buy a little at 28.50 earlier. I definitely have a soft side for IDCC because I believe their patents are worth much more then the current value of IDCC. I haven't been a big management basher over the years and I truly believe WM and the rest are honest guys and do their best but I can't say that I have been happy with their performance over the last year. I'm basically waiting to see the CAFC and the ITC case. It seems in roaming some of the other message boards we have lost some shareholders with the current decline. I'm sure if no news comes by the ASM it will be a very interesting ASM and WM and Mgmt should hear some of the criticism directed at them. In 8 months IDCC is staring down losing 50% of its revenue if RIMM and SAM don't renew. It really is do or die time this year for IDCC.
