If I read that correctly that is the hearing date? Seems strange bc we have been deferring the revenue for almost 2 years. I am hoping that is when the arbitration decision is released bc if that is when the hearing is based on the NOK and SAM arbitrations it was at least 6 months after the hearing I think till they found out. I'm hoping thats not the case.
