Robert S. Roath is the Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee. He has done a poor job. He will not be receiving my vote. Not only does he have a history of Independence issues, the Company has been sitting on several hundred million dollars for many years, only investing in short-term low interest bearing securities. The company’s 2011 offering of senior convertible notes is puzzling as it has not resulted in anything. If the intention was to get exposure and coverage by Wall Street Investment Banks than someone from there should be hired to replace him.
