Hi tkc,

The curious thing is that with Wave, there are parts to the story and yet not everyone wants to see all of them. There can, at one and the same time, be a grand vision and indiscipline, growth and dilution, operational effort and private preference etc.

When I look at Wave, I see both sides. I don't wish to preclude one in favour of another. They are all present. I know what Wave is trying to do. I hope they are successful. But it is monocular not to admit the whole picture.

The beans count. Of course they do. But will Wave make it? I think so. The opportunity is very large. The question remains - how much will they have to dilute to get from A to B. It doesn't bode well that they seem to be so weak at forecasting demand.

I get you CF. I continually am amazed at the number of shareholder's with substantial shares that don't have minimal understanding of the financial statements. Not a huge problem w/ mega caps having lots of analysts to sort it out. Wave has none. Then they pooh pooh the few of us "bean counters" that attempt to inform them. That only aides Wave in it's ability to camouflage results. Talk about "buying a pig in a poke." Now they're fawning (w/ exceptions) over Snack for obtaining SKS (and DC) to post what they did. "You can lead a horse..."
