A New Self Destruct Mechanism!
Once again we are seeing pictures of our soldiers with dead bodies, or pieces of bodies of suicide bombers. Not all that long ago there was pictures of some Marines taking a whiz on the bodies of some dead taliban types. Before that we had Abu Grahib where a bunch of soldiers got in trouble and all the evidence against them came from photo's they took themselves that somehow they found their way to the internet.
Cops get in trouble because of pics they take and post to the net. A lot of em get in trouble because of things they do and get caught doing by the camera in their patrol car. A fireman lost his job because he was taking pictures of accidents / fires / corpses etc and posting em to a website.
Can't tell ya how many politicians / govt officials we see ruining their lives in a similar manner. Congressman Weiner and Elliott Spitzer come to mind.
Sexting keeps the teen crowd all in a dither and has landed some in hot water.
Digital cameras and the internet have provided scads of new ways for a person to screw up their lives. A friend of mine told me his sad story the other day. He had met a woman online and they became "friends". He sent her his picture and she sent him his. All perfectly innocent. Then she sent him a slightly suggestive picture and he reciprocated. Next thing ya know they are talking about their favorite parts of each other's bodies and making plans to meet. One day my friend comes home from work and finds a note from his wife. "Your Computer is at my attorney's office, me and the kids are at my mothers. You have a week to get your crap out of my house!"
Im sure this isn't what Al Gore intended when he invented the internet.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
