Absolutely. That's why you don't see me saying that it's what happened, or even that I believe it.
But the police reports aren't hearsay now, are they?
And neither are the defensive wounds on Zimmerman.
The fact is that there's only one story emerging with any evidence behind it. And I expect that's going to make a murder conviction impossible to obtain, and pretty difficult to even pursue - unless the state and its buddies in liberal government line up a kangaroo court for the prosecution, of course.
