Hi D&O,

I think the post was intended for the Tourd, aka ABJ, but somehow ended up on the Daily Dot.

I am not sure why you are banned. Never found you offensive myself. But I honestly don't think the Tourd echo chamber - which by the way is far from an open conversation - is your best venue. I am not permitted to post there, for instance. Being there makes you seem like one of the obsessive whingers, when I think of you as more the constructive, if somewhat jaded, critic.

The best conversations are not the open ones, by the way. They are the ones that exclude people who disrupt the conversation for everyone else.

I imagine micro's post was deleted by micro and then removed because there was nothing left in the post. I think anyone would have deleted a post of that sort.

I am still confused, what with all the missing context.

If I understand you correctly, apparently micro posted on awk/Snack's DD A-bob's board? Addressed to ME telling me I am right? And then it was deleted, while your reply was not?

What in the world was I right about? I cannot post on that board, so if he was replying to me, it wasn't about anything that I said there.

I'm lost. And it doesn't much matter, but it has me curious. I hardly expected to ever see my handle show up in a message on a board reserved for nothing but true DD, a board from which I am banned.

So, if you can fill in the blanks, TIA.

(They needn't have banned me, I wouldn't have sullied the board. I was registered on his previous DD board - the interim one between ihub and Bob's - and created absolutely no "problems" there, just as I wouldn't have on their new Bob's one. I like to speak my mind on free boards. I won't create a big ruckus on one that is controlled by those that aren't interested in my point of view. )
