Obama and the Dems should be pushing this Buffet Tax issue relentlesly and smartly to the exclusion of other issues. Make a big, big deal out of the vote, and smash the pathetic, brainless and self-serving greedy opposition. Don't drop it after a month or two or three. Pound it home through the election. Maybe even wake up Nancy and Harry if at all possible. They've been in comas for five+ years.
I think the dem's plan on bringing the Buffet Rule up for a vote frequently. They know the voting public 72% at the last poll, favors it.
Even retiring Snowe voted for it.
