Ma. Republicans are not like red state neocons or wingers. Basically, we exist to balance the long-inbred Democrats who fought hard and valiantly over many years to overcome the dominance of the Massachusetts Yankees. Now, we seek an effective balance of social and economic policies to keep our government in tune with the public consensus and good sense.
BTW, My son and I voted for Ron Paul as a protest in the Republican primary. He obviously had no chance of winning. My girls are all Democrats.
