Morning Clo:

Running in this heat can be medically dangerous, even for trained marathoners. Training in 40-50-60 degree temperatures hardly prepares one for this. Marathoners are sometimes fanatically determined which can lead to severe damage of various kinds.

My nephew ran his marathon yesterday, having suffered a stress fracture when overdoing in the heat a couple of decades back. A wise man!
