...I don't think any president would do it because it would be politically incorrect to even suggest that the BP's weren't the finest and noblest of all our citizenry. On the other hand, a king just might.
The gubmint don't really have a problem with the black panthers. If David Koresh and the Whacko's from Waco had been black panthers they would still be in bidness. Microsoft on the other hand is lucky that janet reno didn't declare them to be a cult and burn em to the ground.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
