Luke 12: 16 - 21
19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: 20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores , 21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. 22 And it came to pass , that the beggar died , and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died , and was buried ; 23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 And he cried and said , Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. 25 But Abraham said , Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted , and thou art tormented . 26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed : so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot ; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence. 27 Then he said , I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house: 28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. 29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. 30 And he said , Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent . 31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded , though one rose from the dead.
Luke 16: 19 - 31
There are three little crosses on a small hill that have been there for a very long time as an inspiration to our servicemen and women. After this long time some little twerp comes along and says " I don't like those those crosses there, tear them down."
And so, the FOOL'S assault on and remembrance of GOD while on earth is systemically being purged by all these "wise and elite" folks.
But it is okay.
As the fool found out after he gathered together all of life's wealth and he was fat and happy and congratulating himself with no thanksgiving to God, the ONE who causes the rain to water the crops and water to drink and the ground to bring forth and yield her crops to eat, died a fool's death.
In TORMENT, ETERNAL torment in HELL'S RAGING FIRE, he finally acknowledges GOD and begs Abraham to go send someone to warn his FAMILY that HE WAS A FOOL, HE WAS WRONG, and don't let them be as dumb as he was and die as a fool who says in his heart, THERE IS NO GOD.
Well, they will find out just as this man did, and it will be eternally to late for them. They will suffer, be tormented night and day for all eternity with NO RELIEF.
Yes indeed, the FOOL has said in his heart, There IS NO GOD.
Well, when he is dead he will find out....
But he feels good right now because those three little crosses are going to come down and he will feel real good about himself right now. I wonder how he'll feel a little later down the road?????

Let me say one other thing. When I was in Nam, in battle under fire, nobody was an atheist. None! They all knew better because their life was on the line and could be gone in an instant by one bullet from the enemy.
