In either case the strength and leverage of Wave IP to command for example trustlet verification/installation/swapping fees (notably the swapping patent e.g.) remains to be demonstrated. That they have had a run at the TAN and swapping and lay protected IP claims in this area is certainly interesting, but the opportunity there rapidly migrates to hand-raising/who-knows land for me.
