I appreciate the variance but in my own experience that when one is fundamentally opposed they find variance immaterial and see the apparent repetition boorish.
Again, personally for me I seek and want to see the variations on a theme even if I disagree with the theme as even in disagreement the sum of my opinion is modified by better understanding of another viewpoint which is to me afforded through some level of repetition with various angles and emphasis applied.
I don't mean to substitute variance on a theme from just plan dancing around, evading, and then reiterating a point as I find to be the case on Jose's board.
Snackman's board is a touchy place, conflicting views are aloud per se, but not to the extent that they are held onto through the course of deliberation. It is more of a say your piece and then move along place than it is an area to explore less comfortable grey area concerns. Fair enough, a place for well explored upside notions, a place where one can express a contrarian view, but not subject the view to anything resembling a true vetting.
In the end the boards strengths outweigh its weaknesses, and there are always other places like here to chew different fat.
