...yep, his actions coulda been at least partially the problem. On the other hand, trayvon could have been walking thru the neighborhood to see what had been left out or unlocked hoping to score enough ready cash for some wacky weed.

...we had a local guy who killed a fourteen year old burglar in his home. Kid came in during the middle of the night while everybody was asleep. They was gonna prosecute him, but then they discovered that the father of the home owner had been shot and killed at his own home by another fourteen year old burglar a couple of years earlier. I kinda doubt that trayvon was out buying skittles and tea myself. I can't prove it, but I do suspect that he wasn't.

ribit, I lean toward manslaughter. If he had waited for the police this would have had a much different outcome. It seems to me that his actions created the problem that led to the outcome.
