Well, I don't see us reaching an end as justice is always provisional and depends upon circumstance.

So to an extent, your hamster wheel makes sense to me. I think the universe is organised around the notion of velocity (aka change). So I guess my hamster wheel doesn't repeat, but it does demand we keep on running.

Virtues are not crystalline. They are temporary and made out of a fabric of competing principles.
