Hi dig,

When I think hard about it, I feel pity.

I know that no one likes to be pitied so I rarely express it. But pity is surely the correct response to insecurity and ignorance. I wish upon such people the sense of comfort and insight which would make them able to hear in peace a contradiction to their desires.

But then I am comfortable with a landscape of hills and valleys, whereas others want to believe in the idea of change as a smooth slope fit for a marble to roll down.
