Interesting info teecee. I have a question. I believe the conversion value of the entire bond issue would be roughly 10% of the total IDCC shares outstanding correct? If an entity were to accumulate enough of these bonds to give them a 5+ % stake in the company upon conversation, would they be required to disclose their position before the conversion took place? tia

ive been watching the idcc convertible bonds....they traded 2myn at 101 yesterday...interestingly they still trade over par even though they came when the stock was 43....so they are basically trading on their own as a bond [busted convert] at a yield of 2.25...which is 160bp over the 4yr treasury curve...CONVERSELY....i just saw nokia bonds offered w/o a bid at 378 over the 7 yr treasury curve...
