It wouldn't, but at some point their interests are similarly aligned. While its all about cash and options to them to the detriment of shareholders, particularly long term shareholders, at some point the real gold for them will be in SP appreciation. Certainly blocking an increase in share authorization would require/result in an immediate consideration of the value of the shares/options they currently have, recognizing that future shares would be hard to come by, but in the end this would not be tenable. Generally, I think mgmnt basically believes they deserve 10% of anything that happens, or the same as what that would be if nothing happens. If all sorts of fantasy rockets happened and WAVX went to 10bn, I'm figuring they will require by some means a billion of that. I put a massive 10% surcharge against the value of my shares in any sort of forward looking scenario.

It is who they are. Cat's meow, dogs bark, these guys drink gravy (whether its there or not). IMO, one either accepts that they are and will be elitist in their vision, or one will be disappointed. Every comment they make demonstrates a clear and obvious belief set that is patently out of touch to the point of unable to comprehend where you or I are coming from. No amount of squawking, condemnation, revolt, or ridicule can turn a cat into a dog. A proxy play may have some impact, in a future where some heavies take a big stake, and they will fight it tooth and nail, circumvent it at every opportunity, and sue, blackmail, and misdirect as much as humanly possible to get their way.

But hey, all boats rise or a rising tide, right?

Does anyone have any serious concerns regarding the disposition of the Executives of this company to return any value to shareholders in the event that Wave does eventually book revenue more than several hundred million per year?

It seems that SKS and company have never been concerned about shareholder value. They have been very concerned about making sure they get paid and that the company keeps its lights on. Why would future success, in terms of revenue or profits, change their attitudes?
