Up here in Marin, the locals, NIMBYs, ticked off George Lucas, so he cancelled a multi-million dollar project, is selling off the property to a low income housing developer! fed up with the gaming.. So now let's see if Sonoma County can step up, entice him here!

Gas is still above $4.17 here, but slipping… Costco will soon be below $4..

Besides the price of oil is coming down as well as at the pump. Here in SoCal we're about 20 cents down from the recent high. If the price drops below $4 (we're less than 30 cents from there now at the name brand stations) by summer, the impact of gas prices may be reduced quite a bit.
