clo, how many women have babies at work and do not stop work? How many women turn the breast feeding over to their husbands? How many men take off from work to have babies?

Hi KTC, there are plenty of republican assholes around. Maybe they want to see just how few women votes they can get...
apparently the 19% 'gap' Obama has, isn't wide enough.

GOP State Senator ‘Explains’ Gender Pay Gap: “Money Is More Important For Men”

10:00 am, April 10th | by Amy Tennery

A lot of time and energy has gone into figuring out why there’s a big old pay gap between men and women. Is it just simple unfairness? Is pay inequity the result of some pre-existing power structure in the business world? Lots of theories are out there, many worthy of consideration.

Yet despite this complex debate, noted gender equality expert Wisconsin State Senator Glenn Grothman says the root of pay inequity is quite simple: Women don’t care about making money. Of course! It was staring us in the face!

In an interview with The Daily Beast, Grothman argued that women care less about money because they’re more interested in having kids than men are (which, you’d think, would make financial solvency more of a concern but sure, whatever).

And the idea that women are discriminated against? Pshaw:

“You could argue that money is more important for men. I think a guy in their first job, maybe because they expect to be breadwinner someday, ay be a little more money-conscious. To attribute everything to so-called bias in the workplace is just not true.”

Sure. Because most women show up to work just for fun. In fact, don’t even bother paying us — we’re here just for kicks.
