I don't think Obambacare would approve a heart transplant for ya. Not "cost effective" is what they would say. Ya can probaly get a sex change anytime ya want one though, and afterwards, Nancy Pelosi would initiate a gubmint program to pay for your condoms. Swell to know that the gubmint is gonna be there when ya really need em.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
