Hi CF, a series of realistic comments, accurate to me. But you would of surmised that. BTW what a mess that old place has become. It's a quagmire, another is a swamp with the third a desert. Yours: a serene oasis in a temperate zone. No I'm not fawning, just appreciative. Thx as always, hoping I'm able to make an occasional contribution while enjoying you and other informed posters.
