Why on Earth would they subpoena Evercore?

Did Nokia get their feelings hurt, again.

From initiating legal proceedings back when InterDigital management declared what Nokia would owe in their MD&A after the Ericsson settlement in fiscal 2003 ... to ... the "substantial progress" statement by InterDigital to which Nokia refuted and dug in their heals ... to ... now, a subpoena of Evercore?

Did Evercore say something during the SA that hurt their feelings? Are they suing for slander or are they defending a claim that they don't infringe our patents ... who the fuck is their lawyer Gloria Allred?

Partners one of the companies IDCC hired along with Barclays to look at strategic alternatives. Nokia certainly does try to taint the picture. They must not have a true defense against the alledged infringement of IDCC's patents.
