Just bigger proteins, Mark, more atoms, as in 10x as many. The interactions between atoms and the calculations that have to be done to explore every move with a greater number of forces from more atoms being exerted on one and each other rises exponentially as well. They're probably just going to keep getting bigger with the more powerful cards and chips too.

Anyone have one of these yet? I haven't been watching my WU's too closely with school and all, but I had to restart my gpu client a while ago, and saw it grab a unit with only 2500 frames. Seemd kins of odd, and then even more when I saw it was taking over 12 minutes a frame.

just took a peek at the point assignments page for it and the credits on it are 7718. I thought that was a lot until I looked at the 6904w/u. 31,541 !! wow, what the heck are those all about?!
