CF, re: accruing for bonus. For years, when the co. was much smaller, few employees, one could clearly see the the jump in payroll expense in Q1 w/o the Quarterly requisite increase in accrued payroll expense (when that was separated out). Also the incentive portion really shouldn't be accrued as there shouldn't be any anticipated that the BoD will award them or how much (of course that logic isn't applicable to Wave's BoD - but appearances..).
